Upgrade Surface Pro 4 for WIn 11
Is it possible to upgrade an I7, 16GB Surface Pro 4, motherboard, to something that will run Win 11?

I don't think any upgrades would be needed to run Windows 11.
By using Rufus to create the W11 disk image, you can bypass the hardware requirements. I have used this method to successfully install W11 on much older hardware.
