I think my device is stuck in storage mode but the led flashes 3 times continuous and nothing happens and i cant turn it on or off ,any ideas how too get it on ,ive tried disconnecting battery etc

THIS IS THE FIX FOR STUCK IN SHIPPING MODE WITH 3 BLINK FLASH LED ,YOU NEED TOO DISCARGE THE BATTERY FOR 20HRS ,I DID IT USING A CPU FAN AS SHOWN ONLY ATTEMPT THIS IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING ,THIS IS A QUICK AND DIRTY HACK AND IT WAS DONE THIS WAY AS NOT TOO PUT A STRAIN ON THE BATTERY.

I am currently attempting too discharge the battery by connecting it too an old 3pin cpu fan,this in what i have learned MAY fix the issue as before this happened i remember pressing volume DOWN & POWER which caused this issue twice, the battery was at 100% when i did this.
If this works it will be the fix for 'no boot with 3 blink led'
