Freezer not cooling down, Temp on front display shows -2,

The front display shows Freezer -2, Fridge 34. The fridge is at 34, checked with thermometer.

The Freezer is the same temp as the Fridge.

Would this be a sensor, since its reading the wrong temp?

Answer this question I have this problem too

@dougriley I would start by checking the thermistor for the freezer. Try holding it tightly in your hand and seeing if the temperature changes on the screen. Alternatively, if you have a multimeter, you could hook the thermistor up to a multimeter and put the multimeter on ohms mode. When you hold the thermistor tightly with your hand, you should see the ohms reading on the multimeter go up or down.

Hi @dougriley

Here's how to find out if any error codes are stored in the refrigerator that may show what is not functioning correctly.

Enter the diagnostic mode > service diagnostics > self diagnostic test
