I was having the same problem. None of the apps will open. Google stayed in initializing for hours amd probably days, before i even noticed it. After powering it off, multiple times, then it stopped at the name and stays lit up. I can do anything. I want to transfer my things to the desktop, but it doesn't show up. Then I tried to do the transfer with another android tablet, but still having no luck. I don't want to do a factory reset because I have some sentimental things on there that I really need to try to get off. Please help someone!!!!

To soft reset an OUKITEL phone, you can try holding down the power button for a few seconds:

Turn off your Android device

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons together

Release the buttons when the Recovery mode screen appears

Use the volume down button to select Recovery Mode

Press the power button to restart your phone in Recovery Mode

Use the volume and power buttons to access the Recovery menu

Use the volume keys to navigate to the wipe data/factory reset option

Select the option using the power button

Entering safe mode

Press and hold the phone's Power button until the power options appear.

Press and hold the Power off button until the Reboot to safe mode prompt appears.

Tap the Reboot to safe mode prompt.

Exiting safe mode

Restarting the device is usually enough to turn off safe mode.

If the phone is stuck in safe mode, checking the phone's buttons individually may help. Removing the phone case might be necessary.

Will wiping the data/factory reset option, delete everything from the tablet? I was hoping I didn't have to do that because i wanted to back up my important data.

Nevermind. I just selected wipe/data/factory reset option. This is a fairly new android tablet, so I'm just going to send back for my money. Thanks for the information,

  • Restart your device. This can clear the memory and fix small glitches.
  • Check your phone's available storage. If it's running out of space, you can delete some files to make room for the app.
  • Check for a bad app update. Sometimes apps automatically update in the background, and you may have missed the notification.
  • Clear the app's cache. You can do this by going to Settings, finding the app that isn't working, and looking for an option called storage.
  • Reinstall the app.
  • Reset the app's preferences. You can do this by going to Settings, selecting System Settings, and then selecting Reset Options.

When turning your phone on start in safe mode power button and volume down hold the power button until you see the maker of your device pops up let go of the power button and you will feel the device vibrate and safe mode will be on display, and it will only have the core apps on the phone. If it doesn't restart then you'll have to clear the cache and force close the play store app. It should work by this method. And maybe one of three apps are maybe your issue also check for updates on your device in safe mode to see if you have another install that might do the trick.
