Hello!
I want to ask a question about my Samsung Galaxy A14.
When I'm connecting my laptop to my phone by turning hotspot on, my phone immediately shuts down and restarts. Please guide me through this problem

Laptops are larger devices, and may be more intensive to run off of a mobile hotspot. This is just a result of the laptop taking in too much bandwidth and the phone not being able to handle it, and it's not unusual. It's better to use a WiFi network when it's available.

I think its something pto do with perhaps being on the same email account? Perhaps switching goggle accounts that sync on the Samsung G14 . And then while connected to the Hotspot from the Samsung account that's the same. And then suddenly switching.

Mine does that as well & only in the last 2 weeks since I've had my Galaxy A14.... it's SO annoying. I don't have home internet & rely on hotspotting ftom my Galaxy A14 when I use my laptop. There has to be a way to fix the problem ... it never happened with my Galaxy J5Pro.

Hi there, I have the same problem. Bought the Samsung A14 5G in Sept and I can't use my laptop now.
The Samsung A14 5G connects well with my other devices eg other smartphones and tablets via hotspot but just not my laptop.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
