Why is my phone volume is less while I'm talking to someone on call??

Because the limit of the volume is already set by the phone company. But if the volume is too low then it is possible that your phone's speaker is not good. There maybe dirt particles present in it. Therefore, in such situation you would have to clean your speaker.
