Callers are not able to hear me

I have an issue with my iphone 4 that callers are not able to hear me regardless if I use the speaker or headset. I can hear the caller.

I am able to record a voice memo and can hear the playback. I can also listed to music videos...etc. The only thing is that callers cannot hear me.

Anyone can help with resolving the problem?
