Unfortunately it’s now a tablet. The network would release the block only if the seller settled his bill I’m afraid.

@akililumerkineh same idea as the answer implies. The person has to pay their bill. That is what happens when people sell stuff that they do not own ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ That is how we all lose when dealing with that type of company.
Yes someone lied to me that it is not a credit phone
