My samsung galaxy Star Plus Model no- GT-S7262 stopped working like 2 year ago. On that time were not known about Firmware issue so we left it like it is now. After 2 year knowing the firmware problem i tried to restart it but nothing happening. Is there any chance to reopen and reuse it?

@debojit first, after two years your battery will need to be replaced. Second, what made you determine that this is a firmware issue. You did not tell us what you did, that may have caused this. So change the battery, get a USB ammeter plug your phone in and see how many amps it pulls first. Lets see if this is not a different issue.
