Do you have a computer? If so, what OS is it running(e.g. Windows 10 or MacOS Ventura/MacOS 13)?

Hey! Sounds like your iPad is experiencing something called an "Panic". A panic indicates that there is something wrong with the motherboard. You can double check this by going to: Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. and search for something with Panic. If it's an Full Panic and your device is still under warranty, you can bring it to an certified Apple Repair shop and they will swap it for you. Unfortunately I don't think it's possible to fix this yourself.
