VIJAYA KUMAR 3 blinks is a TV-SOS error and it comes from your T-con board shutting down. Start by replacing it. We would have to see you boards, or the back of your TV with the cover off, to determine if your TV has the main board and T-con board integrated or if it has a separate one.

A Panasonic TV that blinks red three times indicates a TV-SOS error, which is caused by a shutdown of the T-con board. You can try replacing the board.

A blinking red light on a Panasonic TV can also indicate a problem with the power supply, power board, or main board. Here are some things you can try:

Check that the wall socket is providing the correct voltage

Remove any surge protectors or smart plugs and plug the TV directly into the wall socket

Try plugging another large device that works into the same socket

Try changing the socket

Power cycle the TV by unplugging it and turning it off

A flashing power light on a Panasonic TV can also indicate an internal failure. You can try these steps:

Unplug all cables

Unplug the TV's power cord for 60 seconds

Power the TV using a different power outlet
