HP Pagewide Pro Printer
Can you point me to the right/closest toolset for an HP Pagewide? The power button stopped responding and touch screen half-croaked just afyee the warranty died.
Is this a good question?

@marcia download the service manual for your printer from here The tools needed to work on it are:
T10 Torx driver with a magnetic tip and a 152 mm (6 in) shaft length
T10 Torx driver with a magnetic tip and a 25 mm (1 in) shaft length
T8 Torx driver with a magnetic tip and a 25 mm (1 in) shaft length
Small Ʈat-blade screwdriver
Needle-nose pliers
Curved tweezers
ESD mat (if one is available) or ESD strap
Penlight, preferably a headlight
This kit Pro Tech Toolkit: Precision Tools for Phone, Computer Repair (ifixit.com) would definitely be the way to go for all your repair needs on this printer and many other projects. You can use the Torx security on regular Torx screws (not vice versa) Of course, you can check on here Toolkits for any further kits or tools you may need :-)

We have the same printer and our 477dw is doing the same issue as yours. i'm wondering if HP forced a skeptical update which crashes them, funny enough, mine is also just out of warranty
