Why does my tv turn off and on repeatedly within seconds.

After 20 minutes the tv is on it will shut down and open repeatedly.

Syafiq Khalid does the power LED turn off and on? Does the TV go into a total shut-off and a complete restart? Describe in detail of what you TV is doing. Include any sound. What have you checked? Your TV is a ua32eh4003R?
