Hi @jenaspage2

If the remote unlock option has been enabled on the phone then the screen lock could always be unlocked remotely via the user's Samsung Account or Google account remote unlock feature. This is if there is a Samsung account or a Google account associated with the phone of course..

If you can't remember the user ID and password for the account then a hard reset will lock you out as well due to the FRP lock being enabled by the reset. You will then have to bypass it to access the phone but your data will have been erased by the reset and will be lost, unless you have done a recent a backup

The only option is unfortunately to do a hard reset of the device.

Good luck!

Forgetting your lock screen PIN can be stressful, but don't panic. First, try to remember any possible combinations. If that fails, check if you have enabled the "Forgot PIN" option, which may prompt you to use your Google account or a backup PIN to unlock your device.

Another option is to use Android Device Manager or Find My Device (for Android) or iCloud (for iOS) to remotely lock or erase your device. As a last resort, consider factory resetting your device, which will erase all data but allow you to regain access. Always keep a backup of important data to prevent loss.
