How can I replace the battery connector on the logic board?

When removing the battery off my iPhone 4 (gsm) the 4 pin connector on the logic board (where the battery plugs into) has fallen off. Of the 4 solder points on the board, 3 are still there to re-solder but one is missing the soldered connection on the board as well (the 4 points that hold the connector on the board). A detailed answer would be greatly appreciated!!!!
