Hello. Unfortunately, there is not a proper DIY method as this is a security issue related to the vehicles control modules. If you are having trouble with the transponder key itself, this will require a compatible scan tool to initiate the programing sequence for the vehicle at which time the technician can wipe the memory of the previous keys to prevent future theft. This may be achieved at your local dealership or a local mechanic and or locksmith may have the necessary scan tool to program the key.
