redmi phone not switching on after charging

i put my phone in charging and after 96% of charging i take it out and i saw that it was showing 0% battery so, again i put ot on charging so it was showing 96% but when i take it out it shows 0%. after pressing volume and power button together it shows three option 1) Reboot 2) Wipe 3) connect with mi assistant. i click on reboot so after it phone turn off again and automatically start but again these three options are showing only. after doing wipe option i wipe all data of phone but then also i cant turn on the phone.
