Which Spudger to use?

Hi,

I botched my iPod 4th gen's new screen and am buying an OEM one. (old one wasn't oem and had some weird problem, additionally learned A LOT about electronics).

I noticed in the video that they used spudgers, so I want to buy one as well as some new adhesive.

However, which one should I buy? Both are same price, so which is better for closing the delicate ribbon connectors on the iPod touch 4 screen assembly?

Spudger

or

Metal Spudger

Also, how do I attach the home button assembly adhesive? I can't figure out how to, and if I don't put assembly the home button keeps falling off my screen assembly and I am having trouble closing the iPod (after all the assembly.

Lastly, where can I buy some more copper foil/tape as I wore out the copper tape that came with my iPod.

Thanks for your help!
