Hi,

Access BIOS (press F2 on startup) in the laptop, and find the boot order option in the menus and ensure that the HDD has the 1st boot priority in the list and also disable PXE-ROM (or any PXE entry in the list).

Save the changes and exit BIOS. The laptop should restart and boot from the HDD.

PXE-ROM is used when the laptop is connected to a network and the OS (operating system) is loaded from the network and not from the laptop’s HDD.
