Please tell us more about the history of the machine. Please tell us more about this problem. Is the mini turning off or the USB device? What are you trying to hook up? Some external hard drives and other devices draw more current than your power supply can handle with the rest of the work load. Does your system ever stay running? If it does look to your system log files they will tell you what is going on. What is the last 3 characters of your serial number so we can determine your exact machine? What Operating System are you using?

Now , the DVD drive refuses to take a cd so I have to wait for a replacement to be shipped and will try again. No blinking light when I turn it on, just steady.
