How can I replace the screen and the battery? I got the watch for free and id like to fix it

I just looked to see if I could try and source a screen for you. In doing so, I found some listings for the watch itself: https://www.aliexpress.com/w/wholesale-s...
The whole watch costs around $11. Honestly, the cost of finding a source for a screen, paying for it, and repairing it is in no way worth less than $11, especially when you consider shipping. I would just buy a new watch.
