Digitizer connector stuck in socket on iPhone 4

So, i was replacing the LCD on my iPhone 4, everything was going well ‘til i tried to pry the digitizer flex cable out, as i pry it out, the connector got ripped from the flex cable and is now stuck in the socket, any suggestions? thanks so much!

You’re gonna need someone with microsoldering experience to replace that LCD connector. If you don’t care about what’s on the phone then I wouldn’t worry about it.
