Game Boy Color won't turn on.
There is no corrosion, the switch works fine, F1 fuse is fine, but the F2 fuse isn’t working. Is it this? How do I fix the F2 fuse? And if it is not this, what else can I try?
Is this a good question?

@thebmax F1 is the fuse for the battery power and F2 is the one for the adapter plug. The fuses should be of type ERBRE1R25V. You want to clean your mainboard with some high grade isopropyl alcohol. The replace the fuses appropriately. Do not forget to clean your power switch with isopropyl alcohol as well since it has an issue with gumming up after a while. Once properly cleaned and the fuses replaced, get a new battery and power adapter and give it a try.
