How do I download Spotify and Chime on this cellphone when Play Store tells me that “This app is incompatible with your device?”

First, make sure you have the newest Android software update. Try downloading an older version of the app from the WEB. But it is not guaranteed to work. Some apps just don’t work on older devices anymore.
