Charging problem, but powers on

Hello! I have an old first model 3DS and I’ve been having an issue with it lately. Basically, the system won’t charge at all. I’ve tried several charging brick, but none of them worked. However, if tbe battery pack is charged, the system would turn on. Have you guys encountered this problem?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

It’s not the baterry. I’ve tried it on another console and the battery works fine. I believe it’s the fuses. I wanted to know what replacement fuses I couls use.

Well seeing as it’s roughly an 11 year old system, it sounds like the battery needs to be replaced. All batteries whether in a TV remote or a car, they need to be replaced. You might be able to find one at Walmart. Avoid eBay, Amazon, Craigslist, Wish, and AliExpress, especially if they claim to be an “original” battery as most of the time they’re used batteries from dead consoles. Part number should be CTR-003 but I would double check your system.
