Under the dash AC Housing Unit

History

Under the dash board there is a housing unit for the air conditioner. Where is it located exactly and how do I get to it?

I found it. It's the Blower Motor Reristor and wiring harness which had gone bad. They are located on the passenger side just under the dash. The wires had melted.
