How to replace HTC Inspire 4G Digitizer Touch Screen Glass

Is there any tipe of video with a walkthrough that shows you how to replace the Inspire Digitizer, or may be a repair manual, any help will be much appreciated.

there is one if you go to youtube. the quality isn't that good but it works.
