How to fix the touch screen sensor on a 3g?

History

on the iphone 3g how do you fix the touch screen sensor? the glass is not cracked just the sensor is not working when i touch it, how dop i go about fixing this.?

Follow THIS guide to check that the cable is plugged in correctly. If all appears correct and the touchscreen does not respond, you may need to replace the touch screen assy
