Hi,

Here’s an image taken from the ifixit Sony Vaio VPCEB11FM RAM Replacement guide which shows the CMOS battery.

It is a 2/V15H 15mAH 2.4V NiMH battery

Here’s a link to just one supplier. It is shown only to give you an idea of the cost of the part.

There are other suppliers online that may suit you better. Just search for 2/V15H 2.4V battery to get results for suppliers of the battery.
