Why does my fuseable link keep getting hot only when van is running?

Fuseable link is getting hot and eventually popping only when running though.

that will depend on what is on the other side of the link. Most likely it gets hot because when your Van is running whatever is connected to the fuse, starts pulling high amperages. This will create heat and eventually the fuse will blow due to an over-amperage.
