White Conversion Proximity Sensor on 4.2.1. not working - Help

I've tried the fix in "Proximity Sensor Reversed Somehow" but i still can't get the sensor to work.

Does anyone have a step by step or better pictures?

This seems to be on the new iphones that have the pentalobe screws and are 4.2.1 or newer, below 4.2.1 the black marker over the sensor holes fixed it.

Here is the best iPhone 4 proximity fix sticker I have found. This will fix it. Here is where you can get it. Read the reviews. I have used it on 50 phones so far with just 2 that it didn't fix, and those 2 were already janky in the first place so......

Hi

I'am iPhone Repair Technician 1 year experience, repair daylig between 2-6 iPhone's.

Here a solution that works, you can use electrical BLACK tape, it must be black color, cut 2 pieces and put them together, then cut 2 very small holes, place it above the proximity sensor.

You can watch this video tutorial about the electrical BLACK tape:

if this dont work try putting a tiny strip of foam btw the proximity sensors.
