Vendors for atrix digitizer touch screen replacements part

History

My motorola atrix touch screen cracked last week and I need to buy a replacement. It seems like people have purchased from Global Direct Parts but I do not want to buy 3 screens.

Here are a few that I've seen online

Does anyone have experience with any of these vendors?

I received some emails from A List Tech and they are currently only selling in bulk also, which isn't what I'm looking for. Quotes prices seem very cheap if you plan to buy 5+: 38.9 USD/pcs (5-20pcs) 35 USD/pcs (20-50pcs ) 31 USD/pcs (100pcs) Email replies were pretty quick: alistsales01@gmail.com

Durapower global got back to me as they now had the part in stock and they promptly shipped it to me. I received it in about 3 days and it even came with the proper adhesive strips. I haven't installed it yet (later today) and I'll post again with the results. The part cost $59.95 plus about $6 S&H. They were very responsive with email requests and I'd buy from them again. http://www.durapowerglobal.com/

I installed the replacement digitizer touch-screen from Durapower and it worked like a charm. The adhesive they sent isn't a perfect fit; I needed to trim just a little off but it wasn't a big deal.

I've dealt with Global Direct before and did not have a problem with them. Ultimately it depends on what you like to do, and your geographic as well as economic situation. Good Luck

Questions....I just dropped and cracked the glass on my Atrix. Totally bummed because I've only had it a couple of months! It broke the upper left corner and I have spider cracks on the screen. I was researching replacement screens on line but I don't believe I need a new LCD screen, just the glass over it. Is this true? How hard is it to replace the glass? Any recommendations?

It was actually a lot cheaper than the price you mentioned above and they included a install guide and the customer service live chat rep helped me when I needed it. Phone's good again!!
