How to replace front signal light bulbs
Both front signal light bulbs need replacing. Can I do it or do I need a repair shop?

The link above gives a series of videos of how to change both the front and side turn signal bulbs (Video 3 "Removing Bulb" gets to the main point). It is certainly doable for a do-it-yourselfer, but watch the videos and determine how comfortable you are with this work.
I also highly recommend buying a Chilton or Haynes repair manual for your car. The video above will help you replace the turn signal aboves, but the repair manuals will help you perform numerous repairs or scheduled maintenance.
