How can I stop oil from leaking from the spark plug hole?

My 1993 Ford Ranger uses 2 quarts of oil a week. I changed the spark plugs and one had oil all over and inside the hole where the plug screws in.

my spark plug had oil but are too much ,is that normal found plug like that?

I bought a couple of spark plug oil seal from 4WheelOnline and a couple of truck accessories. I did the repair by myself. Its a 1-hour job.

Change out the tappet cover gasket, unless they are in the side of your head. If that is the case then it is most likely that your plugs are fouling with oil due to either worn rings or leaky valve stem seals.
