Can I Repair a Broken Leg and Perhaps Arm?

Elmo Live was such a great toy.

Now he still wants to function, but stays "hunched over".

I want to repair him if at all possible.

Not sure how to do it though.

It was a gift and way too nice a toy not to repair.
