battery says full and low

History

it says low battery please charge when I plug it in it says battery full

Take off the back and reseat the battery connection. It worked for both of mine, or you need to replace the battery. You may also try a different usb plug in and/or computer to plug it into.

I'd go with a new battery. It seems like your old one does not hold a charge.
