Why does it shut off when watching videos or taking picture
Whenever i try to watch any videos or try to take pictures with my phone it shuts off all the time

@insanity4 , Insanity, If you have smart screen option that stops video from playing when your eyes leave the screen, turn that option off. If not their could be back ground app.,etc running causing the issue. Do a factory reset and try video. Do a google search for your models factory reset instruction(you will loose all stored data), when performing factory reset. If OK, introduce/install app's,etc. one at a time to see which one is effecting video play. Good luck.
