Battery replacement broken plastic tabs

Hi guys

I am in a bit of a pickle. I think I bought my macbook from a dodgy seller who used to fix and replace parts on all sorts of macbooks. I am pretty much on my own now and need advice.

THe macbook is not charging. The charging cable does not show orange lilght for charging, it stays on green. I have checked on a few forums and it points to a battery problem I think. Upon inspection, I can see that the batter is indeed a little damaged from one side and the plastic tabs that hold the screws are also broken. Its definitely not an original battery in there. There are further 2 plastic tabs held down by 2 screws each, that are also broken. I am trying to find out what they are called so I can buy them, but there is no reference of these anywhere. I have taken a picture and also taken a reference picture from ifixit which I can share, but need some help doing that.

In any case, if someone can tell me what those tabs are called and what I should be search to buy them, that would be most helpful.

Also, as the screws are also missing, I would like to know which screws to buy, aparently they are tri screws heads.

Any help is much appreciated.
