My iBook G4 won't turn on.

History

I hear nothing, no fan or anything, I know my logicboard is good because I just changed it not too long ago, and it worked for a while.

I have tried all the possible resets that you guys suggest, but none worked. When I plug in my a/c adapter, the light is green on the connector. Then when I hit the power button, it turns orange. The battery is not getting a charge, because the green light on it is not on, and the computer won't turn on. I personally think the DC-in is bad. What do I do?
