battery connector has broken away from the board

Please help; I have the same problem the battery connector has broken away from the board. What glue did you buy, is it in a grey tub or in a syringe type/pen? Is it the same stuff? What do you need to connect to the 4 silver squares on the logic/motherboard?? How do you fix it/on what?? The black little connector has the 4 pins inside and the ends slightly raised on the end?? The base of the connector doesn't look like it was stuck down very well, no debris?? You mentioned that you cleaned the area; what area?? Sorry I know nothing about this?? Is the cleaning bit necessary?? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance :)

@bb1 glue is really not the answer. If it is conductive then you can easily create a shortcircuit by having it run across pads and traces. The only proper way to install the battery connector is by soldering. I'd suggest you stay away from any adhesive.
