The pump for this machine is actually very standard, it's an ULKA EX5 and can be purchased here along with many other Barista parts.

I have this same model, also with a bad pump.

The pump is not a standard replacement part.

I called 1-800-STARBUC in the US and they replaced my unit even though it was a gift, I had no receipt, and it was out of warranty.
