my ipod shuffle wont charge the light keeps flashing and it keeps saying its not being reconised could anyone tell me whats wrong with it i only got it last year

I noticed you never got an answer to this. Are you still having this problem?

Apple has an article that tells you what the different flashing patterns on your iPod Shuffle mean.

You should try restoring your iPod Shuffle to factory settings.

1. Connect your ipod shuffle to ur computer

2. open itunes

3. eject ur ipod from itunes by clicking on d eject button which appears next to ur ipod name in d itunes

4. ur ipod's amber light will go steady.

5. n given d time it will turn green..
