Some keys stop workiing on clamcase pro

I bought a clamcase pro about three months ago, it was working perfect but now sometimes certain keys stop working or are inconsistent.

Could it be a clamcase issue or an issue of the ipad (ipad 3 generation recently upgraded to OS 8.1) or could it be the software microsoft 365 for IPad? any ideas please share.

Thanks...

Had the exact same problem with my ClamCase+ Power several times now. First time was all the keys a-g plus ctrl, then later just the delete key died. No joke I was able to fix the problem both times by giving the keyboard a couple of nice firm smacks near the problem keys—not hard enough to break it or anything, but with some decent strength at least. I know it’s probably terrible advice but if you’re out of options I’d recommend trying this method.

I found that only the home key was working. I've tried reseting the keybord twice to no avail. This "terrible advice" worked good. I gave it few smacks and all the keys are working well now. Thanks.

I have the same problem with my ClamCase+ Power. My keyboard is a day old and the keys are very ‘sometime-ish’. Sometimes a light touch works, others I have to hit the keys hard to get them to respond. My biggest issue is the spacebar, that I have to constantly hammer to get it to respond.

It’s a beautiful case, but I think I’m going back to the old ClamCase.

As a side note, the powerbank doesn’t seem to charge the iPad when I’m using the keyboard, but charges my iPhone 7 Plus just fine.
