how do i get the CDROM replaced on this G4 laptop titainum laptop

in my answer below, I assume you mean the 12" Aluminum model, as shown on the right (not the G4 "Titanium" as you specify above)

ifixit has the repair guide for the Powerbook G4 12" here

you can also find the replacement parts on this site. I've replaced the optical drive on this same particular model and although it involves many steps, it's not overly difficult, IMO. good luck
