when calling other end cannot hear unless speaker phone is turned on

my Samsung galaxy s2 19100 has a problem where when someone calls me or i call someone they cant here me unless i turn on speaker phone.

Options

Hi,

This phone have 2x microphones. One is down for telephone calls and one is up near to the audio jack for a video recording (stereo). When you start loud speaker, you activate this second microphone.

You have problem with the down one microphone.

For i9100 the microphone is on a small board together with the charging connector.
