broken screen and recovering pictures

my son dropped my samsung galaxy tab 3 and it wont work anymore, the screen is really cracked and i would like to know how much to fix it. also i dont have a sim card in my tab so all my pictures are uploaded onto my device and i dont know how to recover them now since the screen just wont work at all. please help i really need those pictures.
