Why wont it go passed the huawei screen?

I was walking by a pool then one of my friends pushed me in I dried it out and it goes to the Huawei logo screen and then shuts off immediately

hard reset fix mine, but also i found that may be the battery is bad, remove the battery and connect it to the charger, then let it run...
