Can you take off the back of your iPhone 4

Can you take the back off your iphone 4 off with 1 screw

I'm trying to replace the screen on my iphone 4 and I stripped out the other screw and cant find any other solutions to get the screw out.

I wouldn't recommend taking off the backing without removing that screw as you may bend the frame and damage the phone

If you've stripped out the screw, there are multiple ways to get it out.

First try using a wider bit size than the screw previously to see if it catches, or possibly a flat head bit.

Next try using a rubberband or flexible material to place on top of the screw to give an added friction with the bit's tip

Next would be to try using a screw extractor which are relatively cheap to purchase.

If you can get the screw out far enough, grab a set of needle nose pliers and use that to twist out the screw.
