Bad quality image in both screens nintendo DSi

Hi, i have a nintendo dsi that has a poor image quality in both screens, i see like lines in the screens and the letters are like jumping.

I openend and turn it on and the screens were great, normal.

I shut it off, put the screews again, turn it on and the problem is again there.

I do not know what could be. Any idea?
