smart screen not working
I have the 10 inch tablet. My problem is the screen keeps switching off unless I am touching the screen. A message comes on stating "smart stay fails to recognise a face".

I would first plug your tablet into a computer and back everything up if you can, and notice what happens when you plug in the tablet.
Check your settings to ensure the sleep mode isn't set to a faster response time
If that message comes on repeatedly it sounds as though it could be a software issue, if you can, I would suggest trying to update your tablet if at all possible.
If all else fails you made need to restore your device, or possibly have to do a factory reset. To do a factory reset, follow these steps:
- Ensure the device is powered off
- Press the power and the volume UP button until the startup logo displays
- Once the logo is displayed, release the buttons and wait till the device enters the Android system recovery mode.
- On the displayed screen, use Volume Down button to go to the wipe data/factory reset option (Volume Up and Volume Down buttons are used to highlight the displayed options on the Android system recovery screen).
- Once the option is highlighted, press the Power button to select the option. (Pressing the Power button in Android system recovery mode selects the highlighted option.)
- On the next screen, press the Volume Down button multiple times till the Yes -- delete all user data option is highlighted.
- Press the Power button to hard reset the Samsung tablet device while clearing the dalvik cache along with the process.

I did that and now is downloading but it has been like that for a while

My tab is switched on and I can hear incoming emails and alerts but my screen stays black and does not respond at all. It also does not switch off

I am facing a problem with my Lenovo Vibe K4 Note!
The Smart Answer feature has stopped working. I can no longer answer calls just by bringing the phone near the ears. Also, earlier, when a call used to come, the entire image of the caller used to be displayed in full-screen mode. Now, new call alerts are displayed as a pop-up at the top of the call.
Please suggest a resolution, if aware!
